Oversee and manage daily administrative operations to ensure smooth office functioning.
Maintain organized records of company documents, reports, and correspondence.
Handle procurement of office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
Assist in managing internal communications, schedules, and appointments.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as requested by management.
Ensure compliance with legal, health, and safety regulations within the office environment.
Perform general clerical duties including filing, photocopying, and data entry.
Support management and other departments with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or related discipline.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
Pleasant personality with good communication skills.
Fresh graduate are welcomed, and training will be provided.
Candidate with Administrative working experience will have added advantages.
