Job Description

Admin Assistant

Location: Bintulu, Sarawak

Employment Type: Full-Time

Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM), Saturday (8:00 AM - 12:00 PM)

Requirement :

Possess a valid driving license.
Minimum SPM or a Diploma in related field.
Minimum 1 year of working experience; experience in the construction industry is highly preferred.
Fresh graduates who are eager to learn are encouraged to apply.
Able to communicate effectively in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Proficient in computer skills (MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Willing to travel as needed for work.

- Represent the Managing Director in meetings as required.

- Prepare and submit timely reports and summaries of meetings to the Managing Director/PA Director.

Act as the first point of contact for the office: answering and directing phone calls, greeting and assisting visitors, and managing general inquiries.
Provide direct daily administrative support to the PA to the Director and the Managing Director.
Assist with travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodation bookings.
Support in receiving and hosting clients and business partners.
Handle all aspects of office documentation, including scanning, printing, photocopying, and filing.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Work Location: Remote
