Key Objectives



Responsible to aid in general office administration and support services.

Principal Accountabilities



To support all admin services e.g. Reception, Stationery & Groceries purchases and distribution, updating of Floor Plan. To support all SAP transactions for Admin Services contract e.g. Raise PR and create SES for invoices. To support the maintenance of Security Access Card e.g. issuance/termination of card, updating of card report. To attend to any other Ad Hoc project as and when required by Supervisor, Admin Services.
Job Types: Contract, Freelance

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Requires excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite for day-to-day operations.
Education:

Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:

Administration: 5 years (Required)

English (Required)
