Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES



To perform cashiering function in a customer-friendly manner To ensure all workshop vehicles are checked out with proper authorization according to SOP Responsible for collection for all cash invoices during delivery Compilation of reports & documents for cash reconciliation according to SOP Prepare listing of vehicle send to other branches and reconcile with payment receivable Review vehicle check out report and tally with gate passes on daily basis Prepare list of vehicles which are ready and yet to be collected, and reconcile the same with vehicle keys Ensure all invoices are attached with required documentation e.g. jobcard, pre-wip, material requisition, updated documents pertaining to local authority requirements (PUSPAKOM, JPJ referrals / approvals etc) and file accordingly Ensure proper filing of documentation / job cards for easy retrieval during audit Perform additional tasks as and when the company requires job holder's assistance

JOB REQUIREMENT



Minimum of SPM qualification Good communication skills Proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia (Chinese language an added advantage)
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
