Requirements



Minimum SPM / Diploma in Warehouse Management, Logistics, IT, or related field. Basic knowledge of IT hardware, especially laptops. Computer literate; experience with inventory/ERP systems is an advantage. Strong attention to detail, organizational, and record-keeping skills. Able to work independently and in a team. Preferrable Female candidate with attentive to details

Responsibility



Install, configure, and maintain servers, storage devices, and workstations to ensure optimal performance. Provide technical support to end-users and internal teams for IT-related problems. Manage IT assets within the workshop and ensure proper documentation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system reliability and performance. Others, work not mentioned above but within the scope of your job responsibilities
