8:30am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday

8:30am - 1:00pm Saturday

Job Brief



a) Attend to incoming and outgoing telephone calls and emails.

b) Payable filing, scanning and statement to customer.

c) Oversee all aspects of general office coordination.

d) Retrieve organizational documents, records, and reports.

e) File data and perform other routine clerical tasks.

f) Process tax invoice, delivery order and check stocks.

g) Responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring the goods, services, and materials necessary for the organization.

h) Other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
