Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:



Handle daily administrative and office operations at the dialysis centre Manage patient registration, admission documents, and records Prepare and process patient invoices and treatment claims Submit monthly claims and follow up with funders/sponsors Record patient payments and issue statements when required Manage office and pantry supplies, including monthly orders Handle phone calls and coordinate with patients, staff, suppliers, and external parties Maintain proper filing systems for patient and administrative documents Assist in company events, audits, meetings, and other assigned duties
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
