Handles and manage the day-to-day operation of club/centre.
Attend to customers over the counter and process facility/activity booking, membership application/renewal, program/lesson registration, payment, lesson schedule and other administrative procedures.
Assist customers on their needs and query for programs, lessons or any other club/centre related matters and attend to their needs during their visit to the centre for good and smooth experiences.
Plan, propose and organize marketing and club events. Remain up-to-date on all club promotions, product launches, and events. Assist with all promotion and marketing campaign.
Other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 1 years administrative/customer service experience in related field such as front office, clubhouse, or customer service.
Possess at least SPM, STPM, or Diploma in any field.
Good organizational skills, ability to prioritize workload, ability to work under pressure, and meet deadlines and job expectations.
Required to have sales & marketing skill as required to sell membership program with specific KPI to meet.
Language proficiency in English & Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin will be an advantage.
Willing to work for 6 days and 2 work shifts (Morning & Afternoon).
Working hours: Shift A: 7 am to 3 pm, Shift B: 2 noon to 10 pm
