Please note that there are 2 positions which are Admin (RM 2, 000- RM 2, 500) and Customer Service (RM 2000 - RM 3500)

  • Candidate must undergo 5 days trial with RM 300 allowance to be selected
  • Candidate age 45 and above are welcome but must be tech savvy (knows about computer and online platform)
  • Fresh grad are welcome but must have own transport

Location: Sri Putramas 1 Clubhouse (Sri Putramas 1, Jalan Putramas 1, Off, Jln Kuching, 51200 Kuala Lumpur, Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur) _Working Days: 5 days\' work week (Mon to Fri)
Working Hours: 12pm to 6pm (Monday to Wednesday), 2pm to 11pm (Thursday - Friday)_ Responsibilities:
  • Data entry
  • Respond to inquiries and provide information
  • Handle general office duties
  • Updating google docs and sheets
  • Other ad-hoc task will be given by superior
Qualifications:
  • SPM and higher; additional education or relevant certification is a plus.
  • Proficient in both English and Bahasa Melayu, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in using Google Docs, Google Sheets, and other G Suite applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and be coached.
  • Friendly and professional demeanor with a customer-centric approach.
REMUNERATION PACKAGES:
Basic: RM 2,000 to RM 2,500

Location: : Sri Putramas 1 Clubhouse (Sri Putramas 1, Jalan Putramas 1, Off, Jln Kuching, 51200 Kuala Lumpur, Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur) _Working Days: 5.5 days\' work week (Mon to Saturday)
Working Hours: 12pm to 6pm (Monday to Wednesday), 2pm to 11pm (Thursday - Friday), Saturday (sometimes)_ Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customers inquiries
  • Proactively engage with potential customers to promote tuition services
  • Assist with admin task such scheduling class, manage students records and database.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Foundation/Diploma and above
  • Proven experience in customer service and sales roles, preferably in an educational or online service setting.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Malaysia (BM), with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle customer complaints with empathy and efficiency.
  • Proficient in using Google Docs and Google Sheets to manage customer records, sales data, and administrative tasks.
  • Familiarity with online learning platforms such as Zoom and basic technical troubleshooting is desirable.
  • Must have own laptop and reliable transportation for occasional in-person meetings or events.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
REMUNERATION PACKAGES:
Basic: RM 2,000 to RM 3, 500

Annual Leave. Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday
