1. Assists in department daily routine and perform DSC daily job.
2. Assists in installation, after service and product returns.
3. Assists in monitoring active AS as well as contacting and persuading PR customers.
4. Handle data entry and clerical duties.
5. Perform good customer service.
6. Perform stock control and follow up on office maintenance.
7. Ad hoc duties when required.
Requirements:
Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma in any discipline.
Preferably 1 year of working experience in administration, customer service or equivalent.
Must be familiar with computer applications, ie. Microsoft Word & Excel.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
