Job Description

Position title

Admin Assistant cum HR(Female),Balakong

Responsibilities

  • Handle general office administrative tasks; includes stationeries replenishment, telecommunication, general office maintenance, name card, bills and etc
  • Handle office and foreign hostel maintenance
  • Company Motor vehicle renewal (lorry and car)- Renewal of road-tax, insurance and inspection
  • Service agreement etc Fire investigation, fire extinguisher, Coway, Bionizer water filter
  • Generate PO from Globe 3 upon request
  • Raise Payment Requisition and Petty Cash claim - urgent payment
  • Process SOCSO and Insurance Claims
  • Update and Purchase of uniform and safety shoes.
  • Invoices management
  • Shell card application (Sales dept)
  • Prepare company Phone and sim card
  • Arrange services - aircond, septic tank
  • Medical supplies replenishment
  • Medical claims processing, monitor staff attendance, and etc
  • Compile and update employee records - personal file, QuickPay and QuickTMS
  • Process New joiner and leavers, conduct induction
  • Expatriate - new application, renewal and cancellation
  • Leave administration -creation id for new joiner, deletion upon resign.
Qualifications
  • Diploma/Degree with 1-2 years of experience. Experience in handling work permit for foreign workers, expat. Prefer speak Chinese
  • Good computer skills and communication skills
