Raise Payment Requisition and Petty Cash claim - urgent payment
Process SOCSO and Insurance Claims
Update and Purchase of uniform and safety shoes.
Invoices management
Shell card application (Sales dept)
Prepare company Phone and sim card
Arrange services - aircond, septic tank
Medical supplies replenishment
Medical claims processing, monitor staff attendance, and etc
Compile and update employee records - personal file, QuickPay and QuickTMS
Process New joiner and leavers, conduct induction
Expatriate - new application, renewal and cancellation
Leave administration -creation id for new joiner, deletion upon resign.
Qualifications
Diploma/Degree with 1-2 years of experience. Experience in handling work permit for foreign workers, expat. Prefer speak Chinese
Good computer skills and communication skills
