The Admin Assistant cum Personal Driver is responsible for providing reliable chauffeur services to the Director while supporting daily administrative operations. The role requires professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail in handling company documents and supporting day-to-day office operations.
Job Responsibilities:
Driving & Personal Assistance
Provide
daily driving service to the Associate Director.
Ensure safety, punctuality, and comfort during all trips.
Maintain confidentiality and a high level of professionalism at all times
Update Associate Director on traffic, and select the most efficient routes, to ensure timely arrivals for meetings, site visits, and appointments.
Carry out work-related errands as instructed by management when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of vehicle mileage, fuel usage, tolls, and maintenance activities.
Ensure full compliance with traffic regulations and uphold high safety standards at all times.
Administrative Support
Provide general administrative assistance, including filing, photocopying, scanning, and document management.
Assist in monitoring and managing office supplies and inventory levels.
Support the Valuation Department in handling documentation and administrative tasks such as preparing reports, forms, and submission materials.
Organize, compile, and prepare documents prior to sending them to clients or for courier delivery.
Assist in preparing correspondence, as well as printing and scanning valuation-related documents.
Undertake any other duties or responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.
Job Requirements:
Minimum
SPM
or equivalent qualification.
Possess a
valid Class D driving license
with a clean driving record.
Minimum
1-2 years of working experience
as an
Admin.
Familiar with major routes in
Penang Island areas
.
Excellent driving skills with strong attention to safety and punctuality.
Physically fit, well-groomed, and professional in appearance.
Able to maintain
confidentiality and discretion
when handling sensitive company matters.
Willing to work
irregular or extended hours
, including weekends and public holidays, when required.
Basic administrative knowledge and
computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
will be an added advantage.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
