Admin Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and organized Admin Assistant to support daily administrative and office tasks. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to assist in documentation, purchasing, and coordination with suppliers and internal teams.

Job Requirements:



Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification. Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Email). Good communication and teamwork skills. Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Prior experience in administration is an advantage (but not required).

Working Hours:



Monday - Friday | 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Job Responsibilities:



Assist in preparing and filing documents. Support agreement stamping, vendor coordination, and simple purchasing. Handle basic record keeping such as invoices, payment receipts, and delivery notes. Assist with company vehicle records (road tax, insurance, etc.) when needed. Support tender or project document preparation when required. Perform any other general admin tasks as assigned by management.

Basic Salary: RM2,000 - RM2,500 (depending on experience)
