JOB SCOPE
Perform general administrative and clerical tasks (filing, data entry, documentation).
Assist in preparing reports, letters, and meeting materials.
Assist the accounts team in issuing tuition fee receipts.
Assist in marketing tasks (e.g., basic social media posts and videos).
Handle license applications, renewals, and records.
Liaise with government agencies and ensure compliance.
Assist the claim payment team in checking payments.
Support other administrative duties as required.
JOB INFORMATION
Probation Period: 3 months
Working Days: 5.5 days per week
Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 9:30am to 6:00pm || Saturday - 10:00am to 2:00pm
Salary: RM1,900 - RM2,500 per month (plus performance bonus)
