Track and report chair movement with the Area Manager or Branch Manager and other departments.
Handle chair movement form including request/ installation/ withdrawal/ termination/ relocation and swap.
Monitoring station maintenance (Station Checklist) for every staff and every region.
Handle general administrative tasks, including filing both hardcopy and digital documents within a systematic filing system for easy access.
Assist with any ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.

Prepare monthly target to Operation Department.
Arrange department meetings and take minutes of meeting.
Monitoring BM/ SPI schedule and make sure BM/ SPI follows the plan.
Monitoring SPI collection for all chairs and station daily.
Monitoring SPI bank in and check zero collection daily.
Prepare info sheet and DuitNow sticker upon request.
Collect, check expenses claim/ commission checklist from all regions for approval and disseminate to related department.
Handle general administrative tasks, including filing both hardcopy and digital documents within a systematic filing system for easy access.
Provide support to HOD in implementing programs & execute operational organizational objectives.
Assist with any ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least an SPM or a Diploma in Business Administration, Operations, or any other relevant field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is required.
