Responsible for managing online sales platforms, ensuring smooth daily operations, handling customer inquiries, updating product listings, and supporting sales growth across all online marketplaces. Also in-charge for simple basic graphic design needs such as creating posters, banners, and visual content using Canva.
Salary Package :
RM2,100 + Attendance Allowance RM200 + Overtime Payment
Have EPF, Socso & EIS statutory Deduction.
Working Hours :
Work from Monday to Saturday (6 Full Days)
Off every Sunday and Public Holiday.
Working Hours : 9.30AM - 6PM.
Key Responsibilities
1. Create posters, banners, and visual content using Canva for promotions, social media posts, or simple marketing materials.
2. Manage and update product listings on platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Website Store, etc.
3. Ensure product descriptions, pricing, and stock availability are accurate and up to date.
4. Upload product images, videos, and promotional materials.
5. Respond to customer inquiries through chat, comments, and messages on all platforms.
Job Requirements / Qualifications
SPM / Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
Experience in e-commerce is an added advantage.
Knowledge of Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or other platforms.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Basic Excel and computer skills.
Attention to detail and strong organisational ability.
Fast learner and able to work independently.
Good problem-solving skills.
