Job Summary:

The Store Assistant supports the daily operations of the e-commerce warehouse by ensuring efficient handling, storage, and dispatch of goods. This role involves maintaining accurate inventory records, assisting in order fulfillment, and upholding a clean and organized warehouse environment to ensure smooth and timely delivery operations.

Daily Responsibilities:

Pick, pack, and prepare goods for e-commerce order fulfillment according to standard operating procedures. Stock, organize, and rearrange products within the warehouse to optimize space and accessibility. Load and unload goods from the warehouse for delivery and receiving. Assist the e-commerce fulfillment team in daily operational activities. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment at all times.

Weekly Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock accurately against purchase orders. Organize and store inventory systematically for easy retrieval. Update and maintain accurate inventory records in the system. Monitor and manage inventory control to prevent discrepancies or stock shortages.

Monthly Responsibilities:

Conduct monthly stock takes to verify physical stock against system records. Reconcile discrepancies and report findings to the supervisor. Continue to monitor and update inventory records to ensure accuracy and accountability.

Ad-Hoc Tasks:

Support urgent order fulfillment and delivery requirements as assigned. Assist in other warehouse or logistics activities as needed to support business operations.

Requirements:

Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification. Prior experience in warehouse or e-commerce fulfillment operations preferred. Basic knowledge of inventory management and stock control processes. Physically fit and able to handle goods and warehouse equipment safely. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Team player with good communication and time management skills.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
