Role Description:



Membantu dalam pelaksanaan tugasan pentadbiran harian pejabat termasuk pengurusan dokumen, fail, dan sistem penyimpanan rekod. Menyokong pasukan dalam pengendalian data pelanggan, tempahan, serta penyelarasan jadual tugasan. Menyediakan laporan ringkas seperti laporan harian atau mingguan berkaitan stok, kehadiran, atau operasi. Bertanggungjawab memantau dan mengurus utiliti serta semua bil berkaitan bagi setiap cawangan, termasuk semakan invois, perekodan penggunaan, dan memastikan pembayaran dibuat tepat pada masanya. Menyokong tugasan pentadbiran sumber manusia seperti perekodan kehadiran staf dan sokongan proses onboarding pekerja baharu. Melaksanakan tugasan pentadbiran lain yang diarahkan oleh penyelia dari semasa ke semasa.

Job Requirements:



Minimum SPM / STPM / Diploma in any relevant field. No working experience required - training will be provided. Willing to learn and interested in the field of management and administration. A team player with a positive attitude and willing to receive guidance. Basic computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Word / Excel) will be an added advantage. Able to work in an office / workshop environment and assist with outdoor tasks when required.
