1. Issue purchase order for purchasing (local & International supplier)
2. Issue Proforma Invoice/invoices / Delivery Order to customers . Follow up on outstanding payments
4. Inventory (STOCK TAKE - 3 MONTHS EACH)-
5. Maintain accurate records of stock movement
6. Update inventory data in accounting system (SQL) - goods receive then key in goods received (within 2-3 days) transfer from invoice to goods receive.
7. Perform regular stock take & reconcile with system records
8. Arrange Citylink, pickup, Lorry, forwarder (Local & Overseas)

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
