Admin Assistant
to support our daily operations, logistics coordination, and administrative workflows -- including the use of modern AI tools to enhance productivity.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the team in handling
daily administrative and operational tasks
.
Manage and complete
tasks assigned by superiors
efficiently and on time.
Coordinate with the
logistics team
on
daily order processing and fulfillment updates
.
Utilize
AI tools
(such as
SoraAI, HoloAI, TopView AI
, etc.) to improve task efficiency and workflow automation.
Prepare and maintain reports, records, and documentation.
Support internal communication and coordination between departments.
Requirements
Minimum
Diploma or equivalent qualification
.
1-2 years of administrative or logistics coordination experience
preferred (fresh graduates welcome).
Proficient in
Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
.
Familiarity with AI tools
(SoraAI, HoloAI, TopView AI, or similar) is an advantage.
Good communication, time management, and multitasking skills.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.
