Job Description
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Management or equivalent.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills will be an added advantage.
- Able to start work immediately will be an added advantage. IT iterated.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
Job Location: Tropicana Avenue, Persiaran Tropicana, Petaling Jaya.
Admin Assistant Responsibilities:
- To handle all administrative work related to sales and marketing
- To assist in data entry and manage stock system.
- Ad-hoc admin work or other task assigned from time to time
- Ensure that all data in the stock administration system is accurate and up-to-date;
- Ensure that all administration processes are carried out in accordance with standard procedures and requirements;
- Implement a proper filing system to ensure timely access and organization; and
- Prepare and/ or compile reports as and when required.
Job Location: Tropicana Avenue, Persiaran Tropicana, Petaling Jaya.
