Position: Admin Assistant/ Executive
Location: Setia Alam, Shah Alam
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum Diploma in Office Administration.
- At least 1-2 years\' experience in providing administrative support.
- Possess self-initiative, able to multi-task
- Good communication skills in English and BM.
- Computer literate with experience and skills in MS Office, Canva etc.
- Must possess own transport.
Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle the general administrative support to the Managing Director;
- Organizing and scheduling meetings and appointments;
- Prepare minutes of meetings;
- Assist in providing administrative support for an Association;
- Communicate to GLC and Government Departments on follow-ups, meetings etc;
- Any other ad-hoc tasks required by the management.
Benefits
Basic: RM 1800 to RM 2000
