Perform general administrative duties (filing, data entry, document management)
Assist in preparing reports, memos, and official correspondence
Manage office inventory and coordinate stationery/supply purchases
Schedule and arrange meetings or appointments
Provide support to HR, finance, and operations departments as needed
Answer incoming calls and respond to basic inquiries
Greet visitors and maintain a professional reception area
Requirements
Diploma or currently pursuing Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, HR, or a related field
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Able to multitask, work independently, and manage time efficiently
Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
