Job Description

Pembantu Pentadbiran (Admin Assistant)

melibatkan sokongan tugas harian pejabat seperti pengurusan fail, data entry, urusan pelanggan, penyediaan dokumen (laporan, invois), dan membantu operasi am syarikat.

Pengurusan Dokumen & Fail

: Menyimpan, mengemas kini, dan menguruskan rekod serta dokumen penting.

Data Entry

: Memasukkan data harian, terutamanya berkaitan akaun atau stok.

Sokongan Pentadbiran

: Menguruskan jadual, perjalanan, dan tugas pentadbiran am.

Hubungan Pelanggan

: Menjawab pertanyaan dan memberikan sokongan kepada pelanggan e-commerce

Penyediaan Laporan & Dokumen

: Menyediakan laporan, invois, dan dokumen lain.
Kelayakan & Kemahiran

Pendidikan

: Minimum SPM

Kemahiran Komputer

: Mahir dalam Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) adalah penting.

Kemahiran Lain

: Komunikasi baik, pengalaman dalam sistem e-commerce seperti tiktok, shopee,facebook, dan lain-lain.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
