Admin Assistant

Job Description



Provide administrative support to the operational and sales department

Update daily records & data entries

Prepare monthly sales report & others management reports

Monitor and renew company's vehicles' insurances, road tax etc

To perform other administrative duties or ad hoc assignments when required

Manage proper documentation and filling for record-keeping

Proficiency in SQL system and in MS Office

Qualifications:

Organized, detailed & deadline oriented

Ability to work independently

Trilingual in Malay, Mandarin and English with excellent communication and writing skills

Fresh graduates/ entry applicants are encouraged to apply

6 days work with Saturday Alternate

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
