Handle general administrative tasks --
faxing, scanning, photocopying, binding documents
(e.g. Letter of Award, client correspondence, court cases, etc.)
Maintain
office cleanliness and organization
within the Contract Department
Monitor
office supplies, pantry items, company assets & equipment
-- and arrange replenishment when required
