Perform day-to day secretarial duties and administrative support to the site team.
Perform general and office administration work such as upkeep of the office, maintenance of office equipment, assets management, office expenditures, stationeries, purchasing office items and consumables, electrical appliances, office cleaning, fleet administration etc.
To support operation/construction meetings, take minutes of meetings, distribute meeting agendas and minutes and follow-up on urgent matters prior to the meetings when necessary.
Perform general clerical such as Photocopying, faxing, mailing, filing including typing and formatting documents, management of correspondence etc.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
