Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage company documents, letters, memos, and reports
Maintain proper filing and documentation systems
Assist in tender preparation and submission
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal departments for administrative matters
Handle and monitor office stock such as stationery, consumables, and other supplies
Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings
Ensure smooth communication and coordination within the office
Support general office and project administrative needs
Requirements:
Female candidate preferred
Proficient in computer usage and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative or office-related work
Strong multitasking, communication, and organizational skills

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
