We are seeking a dedicated and organized

Admin Assistant

to join our team. The role involves handling day-to-day administrative tasks and supporting project and tender operations within the company.

Responsibilities:



Prepare and manage company documents, letters, memos, and reports Maintain proper filing and documentation systems Assist in tender preparation and submission Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal departments for administrative matters Handle and monitor office stock such as stationery, consumables, and other supplies Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings Ensure smooth communication and coordination within the office Support general office and project administrative needs

Requirements:



Female candidate preferred Proficient in computer usage and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative or office-related work Strong multitasking, communication, and organizational skills
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
