Job Description

Responsibilities:



Manage day-to-day office tasks including filing, data entry, document control, and correspondence. Assist in preparing purchase requests, quotations, delivery notes, and material inventory logs. Assist project managers in preparing and organizing project documentation such as drawings, submittals, RFIs, method statements, and material logs. Enter project data, production quantities, delivery schedules, and material logs into company systems with high accuracy.

Requirements:



Candidate must possess at least Secondary School/SPM. Perform data-entry, MS Excel and Word. Positive attitude and able to work independently. Must able to work at Ulu Choh.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
