Handle daily administrative tasks and office operations
Manage correspondence, emails, phone calls, and enquiries
Prepare, type, and update reports, letters, and official documents
2. Documentation & Data Management
Perform data entry and maintain records accurately
Organize, file, and manage documents systematically
Ensure all records are properly updated and accessible
3. Office & Operational Support
Assist with purchasing documentation such as PRF, PO, invoices, and delivery orders
Monitor office supplies and coordinate replenishment
Schedule meetings and manage appointments
4. HR & Staff Support (if required)
Assist with attendance, leave records, and staff documentation
Support preparation of offer letters, appointment letters, and HR-related documents
Assist with onboarding of new staff

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
