Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns Prepare marketing materials, captions, and basic content drafts Coordinate social media posting schedules and updates Support events, roadshows, exhibitions, and campus activities Track marketing leads, enquiries, and campaign performance Manage marketing documentation, reports, and filing Handle enquiries via WhatsApp, email, and calls Maintain databases, CRM sheets, and lead records Schedule meetings, appointments, and marketing activities Provide general administrative support to the team

Requirements



Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Business, Administration, or related fields Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook Good organisational and communication skills Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn
