Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document management
Prepare, update, and maintain reports, records, and correspondence
Handle incoming calls, emails, and office communications professionally
Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors when necessary
Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and maintaining calendars
Support HR and accounts departments with basic administrative tasks (e.g. staff records, claims, invoices)
Ensure proper organisation and confidentiality of company documents
Perform any other administrative duties assigned by management
Requirements
Minimum
Diploma in Business Administration / Management / related field
At least
1 year of relevant administrative experience
(fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
Proficient in
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Good written and verbal communication skills
Well-organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)
Experience in basic accounting or HR administration
Familiarity with office management systems
Positive attitude with strong time-management skills
