Diploma qualification or higher
Minimum of 1 year of proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a relevant role
Good written and spoken proficiency in Malay and English
Strong attention to detail with the ability to organize work in an orderly and systematic manner
Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
Familiarity with office management procedures
Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications
Administrative Assistant - Duties and Responsibilities
The core duties and responsibilities of an Administrative Assistant revolve around providing comprehensive administrative and operational support. Responsibilities may vary from day to day and include, but are not limited to, the following:
Visiting and liaising with government offices
Visiting and liaising with Immigration and KDN departments
Visiting and liaising with lawyers' offices
Visiting and liaising with company secretarial firms
Answering and directing phone calls
Organizing and scheduling appointments
Handling administrative requests and queries from superiors
Creating and maintaining filing systems (both electronic and physical)
Writing and editing documents, including letters, reports, and instructional documents
Preparing communications such as memos, emails, invoices, reports, and other correspondence
Reporting to the Branch Manager and performing tasks as assigned

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
