Junior EDP Clerk (Electronic Data Processing Clerk)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive EDP Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our sales data management, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our daily operations. You will play a key part in generating insights that help drive the business forward.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately enter and process daily sales data into the company system. Generate, compile, and distribute comprehensive daily sales reports to relevant departments. Provide operational support for the Point-of-Sale (POS) system, including troubleshooting minor issues. Perform a variety of general administrative duties to support the smooth running of the office.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification of SPM, STPM, UEC, or a Diploma in any field. Strong numerical and analytical skills with a good foundation in Mathematics. Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word). Proven ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet strict deadlines. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications:

Proficiency in Mandarin is a distinct advantage, as it will be used for communication with specific stakeholders.
