JD;



Responsible in handling and maintaining proper office documents record

Liaise with service provider, local authority, financial institution

Assist Building Manager on operation, administration and finance

Assist Accounts Manager on account related matter

Able to write minutes of meeting would be an added advantage

Assist to generate billing and send out to the purchasers

Assist to send reminder to the defaulters

Responsible in general office administration

Attending incoming inquiries and complaints

Perform ad-hoc tasks as assign by superior

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Salary: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
