Overview
We are looking for a
responsible and detail-oriented
Admin Assistant to support daily operations and ensure smooth internal workflows. This role is perfect for someone organized, disciplined, and able to handle multiple small tasks with precision.
Responsibilities
Handle administrative work: data entry, document organization, filing
Assist with eCommerce orders, delivery arrangements, invoice processing
Manage office supplies and basic procurement
Help coordinate with vendors, couriers, service providers
Assist in logistics and simple project tracking
Take on any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
SPM or higher qualification
No experience needed
Familiar with Google Sheets, Google Docs, Notion, WhatsApp
Detail-oriented, responsible, and dependable
Able to work independently, follow instructions, and complete tasks on time
Familiar with AI for daily usage preferred

Basic salary: e.g., RM1,500-RM3,500depending on experience
