RESPONSIBILITY:
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, etc.
Prepare invoice, documents and provide service for clients.
Other ad hoc tasks given by superior.
QUALIFICATION:
Have at least 1-year related working experience
Computer Skills - have excellent knowledge of computer and MS Office.
Being able to work collaboratively with others.
Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures.
Working Time: Monday - Friday (9am-6pm) Alternate Saturday (9am-1pm)
