Prepare, manage, and maintain operational documents such as delivery orders (DO), invoices, purchase orders (PO), and quotations.
Coordinate with operations, transport for fuel delivery schedules.
Handle customer inquiries related to orders, deliveries, and billing.
Maintain records for daily fuel transactions and stock reports.
Assist in monitoring diesel usage, delivery confirmations, and discrepancies.
Support basic accounting tasks including invoicing, payment tracking, and filing.
Ensure documentation complies with company procedures and industry regulations
Manage office administration including emails, calls, filing, and data entry.
Maintain confidentiality of pricing, contracts, and client data.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration or related field. Fresh graduates or candidates with no prior working experience are welcome to apply.
Experience in oil, diesel, logistics, or industrial supply is an advantage.
Familiar with delivery orders, invoicing, and operational documentation
Proficient in Microsoft Office and SQL system.
Good communication skills with internal teams.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
