Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Assistant (Retail Operations) to support our retail operations team. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth daily retail activities through accurate reporting, coordination, and administrative support across retail outlets.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and update daily sales reports for all retail outlets
Assist in stock updates, tracking, and basic inventory coordination with outlets and warehouse
Update and monitor merchandising information (display updates, POS materials, visuals, etc.)
Handle and coordinate operational inquiries from retail outlets, ensuring timely follow-up with relevant departments
Maintain and update retail KPI data (sales performance, attendance, outlet performance metrics, etc.)
Prepare minutes of meetings during retail training sessions, briefings, or operational meetings
Support the retail operations team in training sessions, roadshows, and retail events (administrative and coordination support)
Assist with preparation of reports, presentations, and operational documentation as required
Perform general administrative duties to support day-to-day retail operations
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, Retail Management, or related field
Minimum 1-2 years of administrative or retail operations experience (fresh graduates with strong admin skills may be considered)
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic reporting tools
Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
Able to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced retail environment
Good communication skills and able to liaise with retail outlets and internal teams
Willing to support retail events and training sessions when required
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
