Record daily staff attendance using manual logs, biometric systems, or attendance software
Monitor clock-in and clock-out times for all employees
Ensure attendance data is accurate, complete, and updated daily
2. Leave & Absence Tracking
Track employee leave (annual, medical, unpaid, emergency)
Verify supporting documents such as medical certificates or leave forms
Record absences, late arrivals, and early departures
3. Overtime & Shift Records
Record overtime hours and shift schedules
Ensure overtime approvals are properly documented
Prepare overtime summaries for payroll processing
4. Payroll Support
Prepare monthly attendance and leave reports for payroll submission
Coordinate with HR/Payroll to resolve attendance discrepancies
Assist in calculating deductions related to absenteeism or lateness
5. Reporting & Documentation
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly attendance reports
Maintain organized attendance records (hardcopy and digital)
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
