Position: Admin Assistant
Salary: RM2,000 - RM2,500
Working Days: Monday - Friday (Fully Remote)
Working Hours: 9.00 AM - 5.00 PM
Location: No. 10, Jalan Astaka 4B/KU2, Bandar Bukit Raja, 41050 Klang, Selangor
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Admin Assistant to support daily marketing and creative operations in a fast-paced digital environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing task coordination, creative workflow tracking, and communication between internal teams such as editors, designers, and media buyers. You will ensure that all tasks are properly uploaded, scheduled, and delivered according to deadlines. This position is ideal for individuals who are highly organized, comfortable working remotely, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently during night shifts.
Key Responsibilities
1) Upload daily creative briefs and tasks in ClickUp, ensuring all folders, details, and deadlines are properly set
2) Prepare output folders and ensure editors and designers are fully briefed and ready to start work
3) Coordinate weekly advertisement deliveries using the Notion Tracker, ensuring all assets are uploaded, correctly labeled, and submitted to the media team on time
4) Assign and manage UGC post-production editing tasks for both US and Malaysia markets on a weekly basis
5) Prepare and upload studio shoot requests in ClickUp based on team or brand requirements
6) Support the Head of Marketing Operations (HMO) with ad-hoc operational tasks, process updates, and creative coordination
7) Assist team leads with other marketing-related ad-hoc administrative and coordination tasks
Requirements
1) Minimum SPM or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
2) Previous experience in administrative or coordination roles is an advantage
3) Familiar with task management tools such as ClickUp, Notion, or similar platforms (training can be provided)
4) Able to work independently in a fully remote setup and manage night shift hours
