Job Description

Responsibilities:



Support overall production line planning activities. Prepare and manage production schedules and job orders. Coordinate and prepare materials based on the production schedule. Manage the receipt of incoming materials and dispatch of finished goods, ensuring all related documentation is updated accurately. Assist with basic financial and accounting tasks as needed. Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) for office and administrative supplies. Perform any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by Management, subject to operational needs.

Requirements:



Minimum 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or Accounts Administrative Assistant. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.). Familiar with office equipment, including printers, scanners, and copiers. Experience with AutoCount accounting system is an added advantage. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively. High level of discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
