Job Description

Responsibilities:



Handle and prepare online order packaging and drop off parcels at the courier hub. Check the backwash area and assist the lorry driver with receiving goods. Perform data entry tasks and manage cash flow records accurately. Manage the filing of documents and maintain up-to-date inventory records. Assist with basic financial and accounting tasks as required. Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) for office and administrative supplies. Perform any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by Management, in line with operational needs

Requirements:



Minimum 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or Accounts Administrative Assistant. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.). Familiar with office equipment, including printers, scanners, and copiers. Experience with AutoCount accounting system is an added advantage. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively. High level of discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
