To handle tenancy renewal tracking for all group companies
To assist business license registration for all group companies
To assist registration of membership with suppliers
Order and maintain office supplies and equipment
Support various administrative tasks and special projects as needed
Comply to company procedure, policies and audit guidelines
Liaise with external parties (i.e: suppliers, authorities, customers - if needed)
Maintain and update internal records, files, and databases, ensuring proper storage and retrieval procedures.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or related fields
Proven experience 3-5 years in a similar administrative or office management role with a strong emphasis on HR support
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Coordinate smoothly with internal teams to meet deadlines
Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
Matured and able to work independently.
