1. Do quotation,delivery order,purchase order,invoices,reports
2. Handle admin job scopes
3. Petty cash / Claims
4. Develop and maintain a proper filling system, office maintenance
5. Assist in procurement arrangement
6. Any other tasks assigned by superior
7. Assist in daily office needs

Min SPM or higher
