To check on Sales & Purchase/ other agreements details, particulars and follow up on the stamped agreements.
To attend to all clerical duties such as filing, drafting of letters and reports, mails postage, data entering, issuance of receipts, etc.
To follow up with solicitors and/or financiers on loan approval, documentation, billings and payment matters.
To assist in the preparation of daily reports, monthly reports and any other reports as require by superior.
To take instruction and to execute all other related duties that may be assigned by the management.
Attend and prospect assist enquiries for all projects.
Any other duties as assigned by the Superior and/or the Management.
