Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Document Management

: Organize, file, and retrieve physical and digital records efficiently.

Data Entry

: Accurately input and update information in spreadsheets, databases, and internal systems

Scheduling Support

: Assist in booking meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements

Office Supplies

: Monitor inventory and coordinate procurement of office materials

Report Preparation

: Draft memos, reports, and basic correspondence as needed

Departmental Support

: Provide clerical assistance to HR, finance, logistics, or other teams

Required Skills and Qualifications



Education

: Minimum SPM or Diploma

Software Proficiency

: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Communication

: Clear written and verbal communication skills

Organization

: Strong time management and multitasking abilities

Confidentiality

: Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
