Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Document Scanning & Records Management



Prepare physical documents, including employee personal files, for scanning. Operate scanners and digitize documents accurately. Ensure scanned files are properly named and saved in the correct digital folders. Perform quality checks to guarantee scans are complete and legible. Organize and file physical documents as needed after scanning. Maintain a log of scanned documents and provide progress reports every two weeks.

General Administrative Support



Assist with data entry into spreadsheets, trackers, or databases. Handle basic photocopying, printing, and document collation. Maintain organized office filing systems, both physical and digital. Support the preparation of HR reports and update internal documents as needed.

Requirements:



Education:



Minimum SPM / High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience:



Previous administrative or clerical experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Skills:



Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook). Familiarity with office equipment such as scanners, copiers, and printers. Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. Ability to follow instructions and work independently. Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month

Work Location: In person
