Job Description

Job Purpose:



To manage and monitor all banking-related administrative tasks, ensuring smooth financial operations, accurate recordkeeping, and proper coordination with internal departments and external banks.

Key Responsibilities:



Banking Operations



Handle company bank accounts (online banking, cheque issuance, fund transfers, deposits, withdrawals). Prepare and process daily banking transactions. Update and maintain accurate bank records and transaction logs. Liaise with bank officers regarding account matters, documentation, and queries.

Documentation & Compliance



Ensure all banking documentation follows company policy and financial control procedures. Maintain confidentiality of financial and banking information. Update management on any changes in bank procedures or requirements.

Administrative Support



Assist in general office administrative tasks (filing, correspondence, data entry, etc.). Support team in ad-hoc reporting or special projects.

Requirements:



Diploma or Degree in Business Administration OR related field. 1-2 years of experience in administrative or related roles. Familiar with online banking platforms and Microsoft Excel. Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to handle confidential information.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
