Job Description

Responsibilities:



Check security staff attendance, leave record and manage overall staff movement Compilation of work force. Dealing with agent on staff movements. Responsible on recruitment from screening to interview for suitable candidates. Perform clerical and administrative duties such as data entry, filing, inventory checking, sorting, checking/ preparation of documents, generating reports and etc. Handles all incoming and outgoing mails and assist in data entry. To perform ad hoc assignments as and when required by the Management.

Requirements:



Possess at least SPM/Diploma, or equivalent. At least 1 - 3 years of experience will be an added advantage. Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply. Good verbal and written Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin as role requires to deal with Mandarin speaking clients. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Words, Powerpoint and Outlook. Ability to work with minimum supervision, flexible with working time/day and possess good working attitude. Willing to work in Old Klang Road and possess own transport. Able to start immediately will be an added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
